Meeting Dates and Times

Thursday, November 2nd

Middle School

1/2 Day for 7th and 8th Graders (12:35 Dismissal)
Conferences run 1:15 PM - 5:00 PM

High School

1/2 Day for 9-12 (12:35 Dismissal)
Conferences run 1:15 PM - 5:00 PM

 

Friday, November 3rd

Middle School

No School for 7th and 8th Graders
Conferences run 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

High School

1/2 Day for 9-12 (12:35 Dismissal)
Conferences run 1:15 PM - 5:00 PM

 

Signing Up

On Monday, October 23rd at 4:30 PM, we will send out an email to all family email addresses.  That email will contain an ID # for your student. You should receive separate emails for each student, if you have more than one attending PVPA. You will need the student ID number in order to schedule conferences for that student's teachers.  If you do not receive this email Monday evening, please check your SPAM folder.  If you cannot locate a copy, please contact Thom Vreeland (tvreeland@pvpa.org) on Tuesday for assistance. Meetings are limited, so we want to make sure everyone has the necessary information before sign-ups begin.

Pick-A-Time Signups will not beign until Wednesday, October 25th at 5:00 PM.  We will add a link to the bottom of this page on Tuesday the 24th that will take you to the signup system.   If you have never used the system before, please create an account for yourself, once that link is posted on Tuesday.  If you have trouble setting up your account, please send Thom Vreeland (tvreeland@pvpa.org) an email and he'll help you resolve the issue during the morning of the 25th.
