https://pickatime.com/pvpacps/Spr2019

Parent-Teacher Conference sign up begins on Sunday, March 31 at 5:00 PM and ends promptly on Saturday, April 6 at 11:59 PM. Instructions for signing up for PVPA teacher conferences can be found attached to this web page (upper-right corner). Scheduling for these conferences is done on a first-come, first served basis, so please don't put this off until the last minute.

Please pay attention to the sign-up grids. The grid on the left will be for Thursday, April 11 and the grid on the right will be for Friday, April 12. In the past, some parents have signed up for two different days without realizing it.

If you have signed up for conferences in the past, you will already have an account for Pick-A-Time. This is not the same as your PVPA Parent Portal login! If you have forgotten your Pick-A-Time password, there is a "Forgot My Password" link on the login screen that you can use. If you're not sure what email address you used for Pick-A-Time, please contact Thom Vreeland (tvreeland@pvpa.org) for assistance.

If you are a first time user to PVPA’s conference scheduling system, please create your account as soon as possible so that you can contact Thom with any technical questions. Please see the attached PDF for detailed instructions, including screenshots, of the account creation and sign-up process. You will need your student's ID number (it's on their plastic ID, report cards, transcripts, and other communications from school.  If you can't find this number, please contact the school and ask for your student's "Student Number" or "LASID". Please be sure to provide the student's first and last name with the request..
